To ensure that we manage all of the details from A-Z on your project, Heather only takes on 12 large-scale construction or renovation projects per year with a minimum $175,000 budget.
Smaller projects (1-3 rooms) are handled by the design team. Furnishing projects begin at $20,000 per room. Kitchens begin at $75,000 and Bathrooms at a $35,000 total project scope.

Our Impressive Interiors Process
The purpose of this phase is to get to know you, your family, and your aesthetic and functional requirements in order to fully flesh out the scope of your project.
We prepare the as-is model, floor plan, initial selections, and review the initial concept with you via a video presentation to gather your feedback.
We prepare a detailed design plan down to the last detail including lighting plans, millwork elevations, furnishings, decor, window treatments, etc. and host an in-person meeting to review selections at our Tilbury-based studio.
The Design Binder.
We gather quotes from our trusted trade partners, prepare documentation and spreadsheets required for the smooth installation of your project, and host a budget meeting to discuss the finalized project scope based on true financial figures.
We work behind the scenes with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure your materials and furnishings arrive safely. Our Procurement team will update you bi-weekly as to the status of all orders.
The Project Management.
We conduct site visits and problem-solve with trades to ensure the final result withholds the Comfortable Dwelling quality standards.
The Styling Plan.
We schedule a final meeting to go through your styling preferences and prepare a personalized plan for decor, floral, and accessories for your upcoming installation.
The Installation + Reveal.
Our team will install all furnishings, decor, and styling into your space for your big reveal!
